Vazquier offers eyewear and accessories through its online store. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, or the natural characteristics of materials such as acetate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the Website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (IVA) for the European Union. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased through the Website pass to you upon delivery. If a shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2011/83 and Spanish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal Guarantee

All products sold through the Website are covered by the legal guarantee provided under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). You are entitled to a 3-year guarantee against defects of conformity that existed at the time of delivery. During the first two years, the burden of proof lies with Vazquier; after that, the burden shifts to the consumer.

If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination, in accordance with applicable law.
