Refund policy
At Vazquier, we want you to love your eyewear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You may return any item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the European right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer law. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original, unused condition.
- Free from scratches, marks, or signs of use.
- Returned with all original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any accessories.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please submit a request through our returns form. We will review your request and email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request, as we cannot guarantee processing of unauthorized returns.
4. Return Shipping
All returns are processed using a prepaid return label provided by Vazquier. Please do not ship items back on your own — we need to manage the return through our carrier to ensure safe and tracked delivery.
- Store credit: Return shipping is free.
- Refund to original payment method: A flat return shipping fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Store credit: If approved, we will issue store credit for the full product value. Store credit is delivered via email.
- Refund to original payment method: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. A €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@vazquier.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), all products sold through our store carry a legal guarantee of 3 years against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized orders, if applicable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at returns@vazquier.com and we will investigate.
