What we collect
When you browse, shop, or contact us, we may process: your name, email, phone, and address; order and payment details (card data is tokenized by our payment provider — we never store it); account credentials (encrypted); support communications; and technical data like IP address, device info, and cookies.
Why and on what basis
We process your data to: fulfill orders and manage your account (contract); meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations (legal obligation); send marketing communications you've opted into (consent); and prevent fraud and improve our service (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to run our business: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing tools, and analytics providers. We never sell your data. Public authorities may receive data when legally required.
International transfers
Some providers (including Shopify) process data outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: duration of the relationship plus legal retention periods (up to 6 years under Spanish law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: only as long as needed for security purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@vazquier.com — we'll respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Other details
Our services are not directed at children under 14. We don't make automated decisions with legal effects on you. We use reasonable security measures but no system is infallible. Links to third-party sites are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy and will post the current version here.
