Shipping policy

At Vazquier, every order is prepared with the same care we put into designing our eyewear.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Shipping

Free shipping, with tracking, on every order. There is no minimum spend, and all import taxes and duties are included in the price.

Estimated delivery times: Spain 1–2 business days | European Union 2–4 business days | United Kingdom 3–7 business days | Argentina 3–7 business days.

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Argentina. More coming soon.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price for every destination, and we manage customs clearance on your behalf. No additional charges will be assessed upon importation or delivery, anywhere we ship.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@vazquier.com with your order number. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
