Shipping policy

At Vazquier, every order is prepared with the same care we put into designing our eyewear.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every order across Spain, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times: Spain 1–2 business days | European Union 2–4 business days | United Kingdom 3–7 business days.

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom. More coming soon.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within Spain and the European Union, all taxes are included in the price.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@vazquier.com with your order number. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
