Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. From there: Spain 1–2 business days, European Union 2–4 business days, United Kingdom 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Yes — free shipping on every order, everywhere we deliver. Spain, the EU, and the UK, with no minimum spend.
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom. More destinations coming soon.
For Spain and the EU, the price you see is the price you pay — taxes included, no surprises at the door. For orders to the United Kingdom, import duties and VAT may be assessed by UK customs upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for the full picture.
Every shipment is tracked. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us — so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. If it's not right, we'll make it right. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item. Products must be unworn and in their original condition — no scratches, no marks — with all original packaging: case, cleaning cloth, and accessories. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Submit a request through our returns form. We'll review your request and email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
All returns are handled with a prepaid label from us — no need to arrange shipping yourself. Return shipping is free when you choose store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll notify you by email. You can choose store credit (full value, delivered by email) or a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. A €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different model or color, simply return your order for store credit or a refund and place a new one. We'll make the process as smooth as possible — just reach out at returns@vazquier.com to get started.
That shouldn't happen — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@vazquier.com with a few photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or refund you in full, your call. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Account & General
Not at all — guest checkout works perfectly. That said, an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and keep up with news, events and discounts. Entirely up to you.
Hit "Forgot password" on the login page. We'll send you an email with a link to set a new one — takes less than a minute.
Your data stays yours. Card details are tokenized by our payment provider — we never store them. We comply fully with GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). Everything is in our Privacy Policy.
